DiscordSender is a message scheduling and automation tool for Discord. It allows users to create campaigns that send messages to Discord channels at specified intervals.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Only use accounts you own or are authorized to use
  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
  • Not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
  • Be solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages or spam
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Distribute illegal or harmful content
  • Impersonate other individuals or organizations
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Discord tokens linked to our service are encrypted and stored securely. You should only link accounts you own.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions by Discord or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
